- Monday, June 16; 21:00 – 24:00 Cocktail, Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort, no food, unlimited drinks, music
- Tuesday, June 17; 20:00 – 01:00 Conference Gala Dinner, food, unlimited drinks, music (Terrace of Gradska Kafana - www.gradskakafana.com )
- Wednesday, June 18; 18:00 – 01:00 Boat Excursion with Boat Dance Evening, food, unlimited drinks, music - Boka Kotorska Fjord Cruise (including the visit to Kotor)
- Thursday, June 19; 21:00 – 24:00 Cocktail, Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort, no food, unlimited drinks, music
- Friday, June 20; 21:00 – 24:00 Karaoke Evening, Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort
Important Note:
Participants staying at Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort with half-board arrangements may exchange their dinners for lunches on June 17 and 18. This must be requested at the hotel reception at least one day in advance.
